The first week of Rogues Rugby Bootcamp has come and gone, but it's not too late to join. There were lots of new faces, and even some sunshine! Could it really be summer at last? Of course we started with a beep test (oh b*ep!) so that we can monitor our personal progress throughout the summer. We'll be focusing on building up our core and leg strength, improving our overall endurance, and engaging our muscles quickly and effectively for the rapid acceleration required in a game.
Don't forget to do some running on your own this weekend (20 minutes - alternating 1 minute running and 1 minute walking).
